A Brief Intro...
Prior to launching Rebalance Your Life, I worked in corporate America in various strategic positions. My last role before becoming an entrepreneur was a Senior Program Manager at Google. It was a life-changing experience! I came to Google from Accenture, where I spent 6 years working on large-scale, global projects in various industries, including Finance.
From the outside looking in, the corporate success looked great. However, the work and the hours were physically draining and unfulfilling.
At both companies, I found myself coaching and encouraging my colleagues through work and life stressors. I would check back in regularly for progress updates. The outcome? Genuine, positive feedback and gratitude which energized me more than the slides and plane rides ever could. This realization inspired me to pursue my Life Coaching certification in 2020 and create a plan for launching my own business.
Fast forward, in January 2023, I was laid off along with 11k+ other amazing individuals from Google. In the weeks following, I realized the layoff was a gentle nudge from God to formally move into the career that I have talked about privately for years, Coaching!
Now, my sole focus is to help experienced professionals and entrpreneurs do more of what they love!
